We are well into December and STILL our real estate market in the Comox Valley and Campbell River area lacks excitment. The Canadian Economy has a long way to go before it's out of the woods and until we get the confidence back we'll continue to experience a rough road.Very slow end to 2024 in the Real Estate market, as expected.
HOWEVER with the recent Bank of Canada Rate Drop to 3.25% we feel the first 1/4 of 2025 things will definitely be heating up.
The market has been unpredictable and is still very sticky.
